    1. Clinical Trial for Moderate-to-Severe Sjögren’s Disease
    A Study of the Efficacy and Safety of Efgartigimod in Patients with Primary Sjögren’s Syndrome

    The main purpose of the proposed study is to evaluate the efficacy of efgartigimod PH20 SC in patients with moderate-to-severe Primary Sjögren’s Disease (pSjD). The study consists of a double-blinded placebo-controlled treatment period and an open-label treatment period.

    Time commitment: The maximum study duration for participants in both study parts is approximately 105 weeks.

    2. Preventing Heart Failure Study
    Phase III Study Investigating Heart Failure and Cardiovascular Death With Baxdrostat in Combination With Dapagliflozin (Prevent-HF)

    The main purpose of the Prevent-HF Phase III randomized, placebo-controlled study is to evaluate the effect of baxdrostat in combination with dapagliflozin, compared to dapagliflozin alone, on the risk of incident heart failure (HF) and cardiovascular (CV) death in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), hypertension, and other risk factors for heart failure.

    Time Commitment: Approximately 34 weeks of active participation, followed by follow-up visits every 4 months until the end of the study.
